Experience of working with distributed multisite IT businesses.
- Agile in approach and define lean processes.
Managing change effectively and have exposure to system software/ Infrastructure upgrade
Expert level of Service Management experience by managing SLA, OLA and reporting.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with direct and senior management
- Person should be comfortable working in Global Time Zones
- Experience of introducing / managing range of modern Service frameworks like ITIL etc
- ITIL is preferred but not absolutely necessary
- Global or international experience is a major plus
