One of our clients who is the market leader in content and document management systems, having global footprints with an installation base of more than 700+ customers in over 35 countries. It produces and markets products and solutions for corporate worldwide, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life. There offices are located worldwide and their global strategies are implemented through their two Regional Office system with bases in the U.S.

Business Requirement
Client had regular requirements of permanent and contractual resources (senior level and middle level). On contractual basis, short term resources were required. We provided .NET Developers, technical writers, web developers, java developers etc. to the client.


  • To fill urgent requirement of 200 resources at client’s three locations: Bangalore, Chennai and New Delhi.
  • Project manager and group leader level hiring of critical requirement due to less availability.
  • Searching experienced senior level and middle level candidates on contractual and permanent basis.
  • To identify resources with least on-boarding time and within budget.
  • Stability factor was one of the topmost priorities for selection.

Our Solution

  • Candidates from Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Rajasthan etc. were interviewed because database of Delhi was already exhausted.

  • According to the requirement we contacted the candidates via different job portals, LinkedIn account and through references.

  • We coordinated with client’s team regarding short-listing and interviews of the candidates.
  • We became Communication Bridge between client’s team and Candidates regarding CTC negotiation, position offered and offer letter.
  • We did stringent follow up after final offer was made as few candidates had good span of notice period.
